Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected circumstances may require changes to scheduled events or speaking engagements. If you need to reschedule an event featuring Jainam Dhiraj Jain and Jivika Dhiraj Jain, please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Notice Period: A minimum of 48 hours notice is required for rescheduling any event. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the session being treated as completed, with no option for rescheduling or refunding.
• Availability: Rescheduled events will be subject to availability and may be booked based on the next available slot for Jainam and Jivika. While we will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred time, availability is not guaranteed due to their schedules and commitments.
• Fees: There is no additional fee for rescheduling within the allowed notice period. However, if the session is rescheduled more than once, a rescheduling fee may be applicable to cover any associated administrative costs.
• Cancellations: If you decide to cancel the event instead of rescheduling, please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if adequate notice is not provided, in accordance with our policies.
• Emergencies: We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly. In the event of an emergency, please contact us directly at invite@1XL.com to discuss potential accommodations or rescheduling options. We will do our best to support you during such situations.
